Joint Venture Signed / Five New Marketing Units Established

Alpine, Utah. June 30, 2005. Clifton Mining Company (Clifton)(OTC:CFTN) announces that American Biotech Labs (ABL), a private company in which Clifton holds a 24% interest, has just signed a new joint venture agreement with General Resonance (GR). The new joint venture company has in turn formed five new operating companies, each targeting a specific market application area to create expanded opportunities for the future.

Joint Ventures

ABL has signed a new joint venture agreement with General Resonance, a private cutting-edge science and technology company located in Maryland. In the joint venture, the two companies have partnered to take advantage of certain new and developing technologies of GR and ABL. ABL brings to the table a patented and patent pending silver nano particle technology with multiple market applications. GR brings advanced physics, chemistry, and medical science, plus a host of patented and patent pending technologies that can and will help ABL to develop and engineer second and third generation products, as well as other stand alone products.

New Marketing Units

The new joint venture company has formed five new operating companies.  These five operating companies will commercialize specific products and technologies.  Each of these new operating companies is targeted to a specific market application area and it is expected to grow and expand as the subsequent generations of new products and technologies are introduced.  GR brings a great team of world class science, legal, business professionals, and a substantial portfolio of business resources, contacts and capabilities, having deep experience with major corporations and new companies in North American, Europe, and the Far East.  GR and ABL together have the ability and contacts to raise capital as needed to support these new businesses.

ABL currently has products ready for worldwide marketing using silver nano particle technology, including a dietary supplement and a non-toxic hospital disinfectant.
