PRESS RELEASE

Clifton Mining Company Inc. (OTC : CFTN)
FOR RELEASE B December 2, 2005

ABL UPDATE ON JOINT VENTURE WITH GENERAL RESONANCE

American Biotech Labs (ABL), a private company (Clifton Mining Company owns over 24% of ABL) wishes to update shareholders on the status of the ABL/GR joint venture.

The Joint Ventures announced earlier this year, between American Biotech Labs (ABL) and General Resonance (GR), continue to move forward.  Their mission is to create a synergistic combination of products and technologies in new markets for ABL and GR.  These include treating pandemic diseases; livestock care and feeding; wounds, burns and skin ulcers; ear infections; and a range of consumer products for home use, such as fortified beverages, personal care and appearance products.

The first of a series of next-generation new product prototypes has been developed and is being testing. New relationships have been established and key operations managers identified.  New contacts in several countries are laying the foundation for international testing and opportunities.

It is important to recognize that these ventures are innovation centers; much of their success will be driven by new technology and new product leadership, based on the management expertise, advanced technology, and business innovation capabilities of the parent companies.  To maximize the strategic advantage of new product innovation, the venture companies are following the strategy used by most highly innovative companies, to minimize public disclosure of new products, strategies, or technologies until they are launched.  We expect 2006 to be a year of major activity and progress.

Clifton trades on the U.S. OTC: (CFTN).  For additional information, contact Dr. Ken Friedman, President at 303-642-0659, Keith Moeller Vice President at 801-756-1414 or see our website at www.cliftonmining.com
